- Overall fiscal and operational responsibility/performance - Development of annual operating budgets - Marketing support to brand our client in the transportation sector - Project management/allocation of resources for projects - Monitoring and scheduling /balancing project workload - Recruiting and staff training - Business development and enhancement - Proposal preparation/consultation - Professional fee negotiating and scheduling - Continuous improvement of systems and technology - Participation on the Regional Management Team |
| Requirements |
The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of the Transportation Industry. With a minimum of 10 years experience in the implementation of transportation engineering projects, the candidate will have knowledge in both the design, project management and contract administration of successful projects. Strong leadership, financial management, communication and team building skills are essential for the candidate to meet the expectations of this challenging position. Prior consulting experience, within the Transportation sector, and established client and agency contacts are desirable. The successful candidate possesses strong communication and business development skills and be a results-oriented individual who excels in a multi-disciplinary environment. The candidate will have a desire to succeed, be enthusiastic, and possess a high degree of integrity. |
